Today start a new posting... extremely tired... sleepy....
from what they told me, my group got a good supervisor. thank god
Besides that, from my conversation with psychiatry coursemate, it remind me of so many thing in my psychiatry posting... the thing i learnt there: psychotherapy especially impose the logical thinking on top of ur perception
I think i should apply to myself this time, impose the logical thinking on top of the confused mind. Dun be trapped in this thinking anymore le... think from various angle, thing will be better...
Have a good nap ba... Do not afford to be tired again in tomorrow wad round le... jia you ^ ^
